Holy crap. I believe I actually made this drawing back in November 2005, and I did not finish digitally coloring it until TODAY! O_o I must say I am very happy with the end result though. Despite my back aching, my stomach growling (as having worked on this through dinner time, what with not having work this evening and all) and my head spinning, I am VERY glad I was finally able to complete this as efficiently as I did. I love the colors, I love how well the combination of the Snowboard Kids' "DS" look merged with their "N64" look, and most of all I'm just plain happy it's finally DONE and OVERWITH!
Hooray for Snowboard Kids! I hope this fanart brings lots of happiness to SBK's little-known fanbase.

Thanks a bunch darling! I think Jam and Slash turned out the best. (Despite all the grueling details I had to pay attention to on Koyuki and Nancy~ @___@ )
I fell in -love- with the original drawing of this, since I wish SBK could have kept its look... brown-haired Slash makes me die a little bit inside every time I see him But his voice is alright ANYWAY you colored this wonderfully, I'm so happy to see you picked it up again

Oh yeah, man oh man it was hard to do though. It's VERY tough to "backtrack" and work on an old drawing instead of pressing forward with new ones as time goes by, but it paid off in the end. I'm very glad you like it!
(I die a little inside with every additional "mon" that comes out of Jam's mouth ;__; )
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
